My brother-in-law does hand tooled leather and can easily make an FOB (think key ring) incorporating the Bitcoin logo. He did three motorcycle seats for Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, two of which are in his museum. He's also been featured in over a dozen magazines.

Isn't this just a watch with "BTC" engraved on the back?Never mind, I see more custom features. Very nice watch BTW.

Damn, that's a nice looking watch. Yes, it looks even better in real life. The chronograph seconds hand is a "bitcoin" gold with gold accents on the dial. The pictures don't do it justice.

Curse you, Trader Steve! Sometimes I think you're just taunting me with items of luxury I can't afford! First gold bars! Now this! What's next? A personal jetback? Sharks with lasers on their heads? Seriously though, I've been interested in getting a real mechanical chronograph for a while now. I just need to convince myself that the expense is justified. Hopefully bitcoins will shoot back up to 30.

BTC = BEGUELIN & Co S.A. DAMAS Tramelan Swiss watch movement manufacturer Sorry to spoil the fun Incorrect. The movement is manufactured by ETA a company owned by The Swatch Group. These are the same movements used in many of the major luxury brands. Very few watch companies make their own movements.

Any proof that that's a real 7750? Some detailed shots of the movement would be nice

With your purchase you get a 10-day inspection period. You can have it checked out and you can send it back in unworn condition if you don't like it for any reason.

Apparently they did use "BTC" - but the Beguelin company has probably been out of business for many decades now! My apologies for implying you were joking. Perhaps in many years time the 'BTC' will confuse some watch collectors too.

It has a slight arc to it by design. Better pictures will be forthcoming.

I am a part-owner in Horolotech and I was instrumental in putting together this project. Horolotech uses a private-label watch manufacturer to produce these watches. Ironically, this manufacturer shares the same initials “BTC” and we didn't have to change the rotor at all. We simply used one of their in-house rotors. After making a few modifications and customizations, we rebranded this model as a “bitcoin” version for the bitcoin community. This model is strictly limited to 500 pieces and it is one of the most beautiful watches I have ever seen. It is made for the bitcoin community and it can only be purchased with bitcoin. As a long-time collector of luxury watches I can assure you that the Horolotech Bitcoin Chronograph will be a watch that you can treasure, share and be proud of.

A quick note: Each watch comes with a signed Letter of Authenticity which will show the number in the collection. Of course 1/500 is already taken.

If it is a real 7750 that does set a pretty high 'floor value' if it is new as well.
