I don't think they fear bitcoin at all.
They handled it very nicely, we all have to pay high tax, we are earning, they are earning, bitcoin is helping economy and everyone is happy.
If they have fears they would have banned bitcoin and mining long time ago.

Bitcoin is the most popular digital currency in many countries and it's decentralized currency, government can't touch it they can not control the bitcoin.
Of course they can.
They can ban it, they can forbid retailers to accept it and they can do whatever they want.
They are law makers after all, however, it doesn't mean people won't use it.

Bitcoin promotes anonymous payments and that is really bad for government because if would be hard to keep track of assets tankless of knowing how to enforce tax payments on the assets, many counties rely on tax revenues for survival so it doesnt bode well for them if bitcoin is universally accepted.

I'm sure of it! I think all this is due to the fact that the state can not yet control this sphere 100%.
They can't control bitcoin and what they are worried about is the use of it can be done by most of the people who are doing shady activities.
But after a while this may change
It's starting to change, there are countries that are verified accepting and adopted bitcoin.

Sooner or later the government will understand that it is useless to prohibit bitcoin, it is not necessary to completely legalize it.

Government can not touch it, they can not control bitcoin. And Bitcoin is the most popular digital currency in many countries and its currency is decentralized, which causes the government to fear the presence of this crypto currency may be crypto currency can not be affected by any government policy

Yes they can't control bitcoin that's why it cause them fear because sometimes people use it in illegal activities on where it is hard to track those people and the government wants to protect its citizens from this activities that's why they makes some rules to regulate this in order to know more about the users and avoid those malicious activity under bitcoin.

I dont think governments really fear bitcoin because the are strong enough to bring it down if it is needed. Governments control the money which means they control everything including bitcoin because you cannot use your bitcoins to buy necessary things to live and eventually you will have to exchange it for money. About money laundering I think there are lots of other ways that people can use to do that. With bitcoin, big transactions if millions of dollars will look suspect to exchangers and later to banks because money will appear in your bank account from nowhere.

bitcoin is the first decentralized peer to peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority or middlemen. That lack of central authority is the primary reason governments are afraid of the cryptocurrency.

Crypto Currency is like a Sun powering up the people all around the globe who wants to change the world who are passionate enough to bring changes.

“It’s the top notch opportunity for reaching to the financial freedom”
That’s the reason some governments don’t approve Bitcoin because they already know the Strength of new decentralised digital currency market,if it goes up then the government will have to come down.

It’s just my opinion about Bitcoin ban
What are your thoughts?

The governments in the world not always forbids Bitcoin because of that problem, in my country for example Bitcoin is banned because it collides with regulation regarding the use of forex for transactions. Prohibition is actually fair because it can reduce the

Yes, of course, government does. At least until they arent able to control everything in crypto... It's a question of the time cos they have started to own it.
Bitcoin is the first digital currency which made impressive progress so far in this economic world. No government never want those thing in any circumstances which an affect their own currency progress. And bitcoin is such type of currency. Kiss Which directly affect an country economy and financial growth. Bitcoin is digital currency due to this its user doesn't pay tax to their government and this thing also affect an country economic progress. The uninterrupted money transaction facility attract more people to use bitcoin and this thing affect an country own bank. So these are the some reasons behind government fears of Bitcoin.  Sad

A man who is a investor of Bitcoin says he is hopeful that after 10 years people's buy coffee by using bitcoin from this we can assume that government can fear bitcoin and legalise that because from many news paper we know that bitcoin will be the only one global currency.

I think your opinion is true, but there are other reasons, such as unlawful activities like gambling, embezzlement, or drug transactions, the government has its own consideration of the reasons for banning bitcoin, we can only hope that the government can issue regulations to legalize bitcoin

Governments do not coexist with decentralizing solutions.
They want to keep control over everyone and so are against any kind of freedom for their people.
And they rely on strong allies at their side, like banks who only want more money from their customers

Absolutely, the government is worried about Bitcoin. In this way, in the way it is establishing its use in all kinds of activities, the government will have to give the Bitcoin validity once.

Bitcoin is going to do to government what Nicholas Tesla would have done to electricity company. When bitcoin get properly adopted it will give more power to it owner, which means decision making belongs to the owner not some black suited individual.

the natural emotional state of the bureaucrat is Fear Uncertainty and Doubt.
those with power fear losing their power.
that said they also profit from crypto every time they seize someones assets. a few years aback I recall reading about how the world's biggest bitcoin wallet was owned by the U.S. government, then of course they sold it all before the spike that was this last winter. however they are always finding some reason or another to take control of someones assets.
