What a difficult time to be running an ICO.  A good project will make up for that though.

What is the minimum amount of investment needed for the project? Or you do not limit this value?

I bet, it's the normal time now, madness of 2017 is over. Good luck, team.

ADGEX ICO fundamentally differs from the majority of other ICOs.

ADGEX is a well-developed company. The success of the ICO won’t have any implications for the existence of the company itself, at the same time it will definitely stimulate the development rate of the Projects and have a profound effect on the amount of generated profit. For this reason, we set quite a low Soft Cap, amounting to USD 4 473 604 (including marketing, promotion, team expenses, PreICO and Market-Ready-Product).

The market began to grow, I think this is the beginning of a long trend, so the prospects for the project have improved.

An interesting question on capitalization, I agree.
As for raising funds, almost all firms are engaged in this, since they manage them more efficiently (in terms of profits) than banks.
i wanna know because it can help to explain how many profitable can be this crowdsale

ICO Stage starts on 24th of June till hardcap reaching.
What are your team's projections for collecting the required amount?
We are planing to close our ICO stage in 3 - 4 month.
This is quite a long time. People investing cryptocurrency will want to buy tokens at the end of sales as many expect further growth of the cryptocurrency.
You are right. Even a 25% discount can not cover this difference.
These are the most pessimistic forecast. Of course, such a big company as ADGEX Limited shall close an ICO stage much earlier.

An adequate assessment of the necessary funds means that you take it seriously, I like it.

Sometimes, instead of growing, the market falls, in which case the initial investors receive additional profits relatively the subsequent ones.

You are right. Even a 25% discount can not cover this difference.
If you make a big discount then later investors will be in a very bad position relative to the initial ones and will be afraid for the price of the token when listing.

Do you think that the company's capitalization can affect the fees in ICO?

Hello company.

1.) Where can we check your track record? Are you a profitable company? Are you ready to publish your financial statement to convince investors?
2.) If you are already operating for 6 years, why your website is just over than 6 months old? Any company documentation?
3.) Why are your website based in Russia if you are an Australian company? No personnel name in your team looks like Australian.
4.) How an investor can get profit?

Can you clarify this before peoples start to throw their hard earned money on you? Thanks.

We are registered with ASIC – the Australian Securities and Investment Commission which allows us to legally issue securities and raise investments.
Is there some link to database of ASIC?

So ICO will be ended in 4 months?
As I understand this is an estimate, the team wants to close the ICO when the hard cap is closed.
