It can to a certain degree help to solve the problems of normal users, but not solve the world's problems as it has no enforcement power. For some people who became millionaire because of this system it already solved their problem. But we also have to notice that other people lost the money or value the millionaires received. In general, to solve the world's problems require a balanced system where the people more or less have the same.

It seems to me that Neither about any solutions to world problems is out of the question, because the very nature of a person is such that he will solve his problem, not someone else's. Thus, the crypto currency is the property of a certain Circle of people, not of the whole society.

Well, to some extent but not all the problem in the world as bitcoin was not originally created to solve whatever issue you may mean as world problem.

In some aspect, world problem are the heaviest problem of all in every country that has to solve by the government until now and comparing that bitcoin and  cryptocurrency are the one who can solve, the answer is not. Absolutely it won't, though it have a huge contribution of uplift our life but it won't solve poverty which the number 1 problem in some country. bitcoin may or may not be able to solve it. for example is it the charge back scam that the merchants suffer worldwide? then yes bitcoin is solving that!
is it world hunger? then no bitcoin is not solving that!

I think Bitcoin cannot totally solve the major problems in the world but it can reduce it like the poverty and unemployment in which for sure if the unemployment will reduce it will make the purchasing power of the people to increase making the economy to become more strong and reducing poverty. Actually it can be if we look at the positive side of bitcoin and can add problems to the world if viewed from the negative side, I'm sure users already understand about the positive side of bitcoin as submitted but in my view if viewed from the negative side may be according to the state government also that bitcoin can be misused easily, bitcoin can also threaten FIAT, so it depends from the perspective of insiders looking at bitcoin.
