First of all,you need to stay calm, if you have not sold anything, you have not lost anything, there are profits and losses in trading, it is better to buy and wait.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

thanks in.advance..
I think the best way to reduce the losses is to sell altcoins and transfer all your funds to Fiat. And then buy cheap altcoins  when the market starts to grow.

When I invested in cryptocurrencies I imagined that I was just losing this money. This is very much helps to cope with the experiences when I see that my coins have fallen very much in price.

I think that in order to reduce the risk and we must invest in only reliable projects. In addition, there should be several coins in your portfolio.

Diversifying your coins will  not protect you from loss if the whole market is declining .
You can short your coins, wait until the price drops and buy back cheaper, however in current
market situation where we are supposed to be near to the bottom it does not have much sense either.

There are some different ways to manage risks and manage losses when you trade on exchange. For example, this is diversification, use of stop-loss orders, etc.

So many rules apply to transactions. First, never invest all your money, but if you can afford all your money, no problem. But the golden rule is not to invest in losses you can't afford. With this, I absolutely believe that failure is minimized. Even if the market falls, you will not panic, because you have never invested all the funds.

The best form of attack is offense. I will try to handle my losses before it comes by reducing my exposure to it, trade with funds I can afford to lose and tempering my excitement and expectations with reality of the cryptocurrency market.

Beginners tend to experience stress due to the decrease in the cost of cryptocurrency in relation to fiat money. People with experience know that the growth follows decline, the main thing is not to sell their assets.

If you read the literature about the psychology of trading, you will learn how to behave in the market with the loss of your trading Deposit. Professional traders treat 2-5% of the loss normally, as the market provides an opportunity to earn 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

The main enemy of the trader in the market is fear and insecurity. If you are confident in your deal and do not place a stop loss, then you should not be afraid, but only wait for the price you want. Uncertain market very quickly throws away. Do not risk the amount more than you are ready to lose.

I think you need to be consistent and persistent. You also need to choose the price at which you will fix the loss and profit when buying an asset.

Trading does not like emotion. People earn here only with a cold mind, only calculation. Divide the money that you plan to invest in 7-12 most promising coins. Start investing in the market until it grows.

Good projects and diversification of the portfolio can greatly reduce risks and increase the potential profit. However, do not forget that you should invest only those funds with which you are not afraid to part in case of a bad outcome.

Crypto currencies are volatile, therefore, the trustee can not be trusted. This is an incorrect error, comes from those who connect the concept of volatility with the crypto currency with a degree of confidence in crypto currencies in general.

keep calm and do not stress as much as possible. I consider it as learning for the future to be more careful in investing. do not need to be regretted that means it's the way. will regret all that come back? no right? so keep doing things as usual and improve trading techniques properly and correctly?
