i try to invest that amount that wouldn't hurt to lose. when i lose much i try to remember that money is endless source and my only trouble is to get some, thank god i still have health and brain for that

but how to manage losses if price of the altcoin falls due fraud case like a Centra Card? this will not be able to return to the moon because it will be delisted from all exchanges

I think everyone has failed several times in entering the crypto market. But every time i fail with it it will be a  good lesson. And help me to prevent the future risks and will help me succeed in later transactions.

this is my suggestion to avoid losing big ones:
first, don't just invest in one coin. because it is likely that when the coin goes down, other coins don't necessarily go down. for example when investing in eth and suddenly eth drops, while in the market there is still cardano or ripple which actually shows an increase. so don't just focus on one coin.
the second, don't invest too much, because the crypto industry is very volatile and can go down quickly, so don't invest too much. just a little but make a profit.

I don't really feel any stress when my token is hitting the bottom value because I know that its possible for the price of whatever token am holding to recover at anytime.

In my opinion you should not panic and sell your Altcoins away. Should buy these Altcoins well and safe at cheap rates and should not rush. Investments will have failed but that is the experience you have. Learn the knowledge before investing in Bitcoin and the Altcoins.
