Hey Everyone,

I have a question:

I bought a BTC through - http://btc-dealer.com/

However, my payment has been on hold since:  Created: 2013-11-06 17:49:07

How long should I wait further before requesting a refund or contacting the company to process one?

** Scratch: Just said now PAYMENT FAILED, probably makes sense as I bought it at $286 and now it costs $405 - probably a refusal?

So now, how long will it take to get my money back on to my Credit Card?

I have sent an e-mail to them, will await a response from them.

I normally would not file a charge-back, though if it calls for it I would have to, consider the price for "nothing" would be bad for no refund.

We will wait and see, I will also look on the forums as it went through Simple Voucher via BTC-DEALER.

Sean... I'm curious... what was the outcome as I was thinking of using them. Did you receive the refund or you had to call cc for a chargeback?
