The best thing now is to look forward and keep faith, hold right projects and look not to invest what you can't afford to lose

From my observations to date, there have been many developments that have been experienced, both from ICO and from crypto. The team that made the ICO currently provide such rapid development of technology and also the concepts were given to ICO, more importantly, the performance of the current team has also experienced a pretty good improvement. maybe that's not fully true.i see many ico reached their hard cap target, some of them has good project.but unfortunately their supporter didnt have strong mental to hold their token till developer finished their plan.

Of course yes, this year is really bad for the ICOs compare last year in which almost all of the ICOs become successful. This year I don't see any sign or reasons that the ICO market will increase or grow because as we can see the market is very unstable.
