Would it be possible to completely remove the "Antminer" logo/text from the box label? We don't want funny carriers or package thefts get any idea of bitcoin/miners/money/etc when they see these packages.

Thanks!
Exactly my thoughts as well.

bitmain informed me that " [my] order in group buy is shipped today, and you will receive tracking number from sushi later." I assume this means that they shipped today the 4th (its evening in china now i think)

No!  Angry

They need to get the U1's out first. There's a market sitting here waiting for a product and a lot more folks are willing to pick up reasonably priced small units than 4+BTC larger scale miners.  They crack whatever issue they have with the U1's and the floodgates are going to open for 'em.

I intend to plug more fan for S1. It should be the 120mm fan. Does S1 have socket to plug it and control it via web?

Thanks.

I'm under the impression they are planning to produce both simulataniously? Not sure how they can handle selling U1's without a lot of resellers. Not sure if the ASICminer groupbuy resellers will be able to distribute them but if they do this will make record sales.

Hell, I'd run a US group buy to compliment cxboyminer's EU one just to ease shipping costs and concerns if that is what it would take.  We've also got other folks who are interested in bulk purchase for further resale, so there is no shortage of folks who are either looking to buy more than a few or who can host group buys.  Heck, I've made a few hundred in trading over the last few days that I'd love to turn into hardware if we just knew a price and an availability date.

Just a standard fan socket and you can use the rubber mounts for a 120mm fan.

I will let you know once the domestic ship group buy for the U1 in the land of freedom (USA)
Also for Canada and Japan so you guys in those countries may not have to worry about the custom!  It could cost a bit more though as quantity shipment can't avoid the customs due... & not to mention the double shipping. Original shipping fee and the domestic shipping  but I see benefits for the buyers as they will receive it sooner and may able to use the local fiat!

Stay tuned!

I would be also interested in doing group buy for Australia...
But I'd prefer reselling here on forum as the ASICMiner guys had done.
I don't how many here bought from these AU guys 'dadj' and 'julz', they were gentlemen and were fantastic at their job.
They first were supplied the USB miners in their country and then they resold and distributed them.,
They always shipped next day to buyers and all their customers couldn't of been happier.
They/ASICMiner nearly always dropped prices every difficulty rise making it perfect for buyers to keep coming back buying more.
This is how business was done ASICMiner style.  This is why ASICMiner is the biggest ASIC miner manufacturer on the planet.

If Bitmain does this RIGHT, they could even give ASICMiner a run for their money and potentially be the next BIG boys in the ASIC/Bitcoin world.
Come on Bitmain, what are you waiting for?

Here endeth the lesson  Wink

EDIT.  and I'd also bulk buy to resell to my existing customers here in AU that don't use this forum.
