I imagine that at just over 2W/GH, bitmain will be sticking with the current chip for a little while still. Hopefully there is some 28nm design work or planning in the back offices though?Wink

same. Im at 9 confirmations. I trust bitmain so i am not concerned, but would feel better seeing a 'PAIED' status

Anyone (that purchased/received these already) from the West Coast of the USA know what the ETA from Mainland China to San Diego, California (USA)?

did you get a coupon? I have funds to order a second but am holding off because i want to see if the first order gives me a coupon i can use on the second order. if only it would confirm.... *note: i paid from 2 sources, but the destination address has a full 1.7 BTC in it and the payments were sent roughly 10min and 15min after going through the checkout

EDIT: wrent ahead with a second order, paid the entire 1.9BTC from a bitcoin-qt wallet, and its showing within 30seconds. The other order still has no confirmation from Bitmain though.

I had already bought 2 at 2.2BTC which are delivering tomorrow, but bought 2 more today due to the coupons.

1 tracked fine on payment, other shows nothing Smiley.

The first 3 days. Usually, the Saturday before and the Sunday after Chinese New Year are declared working days, and the 2 additionally gained holidays are added to the official 3 days of holiday, so that people have 7 consecutive days, including weekends.

31 January – 2 February (de jure)
31 January – 6 February (de facto)

However, the holiday traditionally lasts until the lantern festival on 14 February.

So the last shipment from Bitmain will be the week of 22 January until after the New Year.  I actually e-mailed Sushi and he said everything at Bitmain will shut down for 2 weeks so I am thinking the earliest shipment after the new year will be the week of 5 February however, it may be the week of the 12 February.

I read from a Bitman posting that January 25 is the last day for shipping before the Chinese New Year.  It also says on the product webpage for the Antminer:

"The shipping of the batch will be started on Jan 21."
