Why will you not refund my unpaid orders?

I have contacted you at least 3 times and have never got a reply or my coins back.

I no longer want your product that I consider obsolete now as Gridseed is a much better deal.

Refund my coins please and read your email.

You really are an idiot, aren't you?  You should probably just write off the $10 you sent Bitmain without the intention of actually paying for your order.

How am I an idiot?

I paid a partial amount towards all 3 orders and now do not want either of the orders because a better product by a better Company came out  Cheesy

It's the most fair thing in the world.

The competition won and I took my Business elsewhere.  Angry

I cannot start cgminer with more than 1 antminer U1 connected. anyone else have this issue or a solution? it seems like the golden nonce process overrides the cgminer process of connecting to pools, and it freezes up before the top section of info (hashrates, pool, etc) can appear.

makes restarting a stopped miner a PITA because i need to unplug all my usb cables first

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

New to mining, just bought 2 units, could I run both units with one power supply? If so which one should I get or should I run them with 2-750W power supplies.

appreciate your input.

Well I'll have one U1 soon hopefully (someone is sending me one)
But that won't help testing 2 ...

This should help you out:

Dogie's guides are pretty spot on.  If anything you could run 2 Ants on 1 good 750W PSU(not overclocked).

Ordered 9 over the past month and paid £29.73 in duty to the UPS driver.

The one that arrived this morning the driver wanted £135.00!

Refused the delivery for now any one else have this issue?  I'm in the UK.

Update -  Just spoke to UPS and Bitmain have put item value $900!  On all the others they but $145  why the change??

Bitmain can you tell me if you are putting $900 value on all orders from now on or if this is a one off mistake

Thanks

Ouch, I'm UK based too, but I already factored in a worst case of about £150 duties & tax, so £135 doesn't sound too bad, though not as good as £29.73 of course!

I have to pay a lot more in this case.

I had to pay about 40$ / miner.

Now 140$ / miner.

Hope Bitmain will read this.

I think they will loose a lot of customers.

I was to make a bigger order, 20+ but with this low profit margin on the miner + 2800 $ tax+vat.

No profit....

Please Bitmain think again this....

I usually ask for a ~250USD computer game gateway and Bitmaintech and sushi before that, have always honored the request . Did you people request similar stuff from Bitmaintech?
