Seriously I don't know why many people think the cryptocurrency is so dangerous that they shouldn't engage in it,  I believe the cryptocurrency safes time and perfect theft compare to the fiat money. Not wanting to engage in cryptocurrency because it is dangerous is like saying you don't want to engage in a business because it is dangerous. All sector of  human activities are dangerous we just have to be careful.

Crypto industries not really dangerous bit it's been associated to scam, deep web and other illegal internet transaction and money laundering by those who don't really know what crypto is all about. It's an old myth that been use to frighten people to get involve with crypto.
Many countries banned them not because they are really dangerous but because it' unregulated and they can't control crypto. Also, it's non taxable coz they can't monitor them so they opt to ban it.

it is dangerous coz transactions cost is very low and it is more fast and secure method of payments, without any third party service providers. I f i understood you correct. Everything what government can not control and make money on it is marked like "dangerous" for common citizens.

Crypto is not at all dangerous if you know what you are doing, the only thing against which its dangerous is the centralized world, most probably towards those centralized bank. These centralized institutions doesn't want anything to be disrupted by the decentralized world that's why they are trying to ban crypto.

In my opinion, governments do not like the crypto currencies, not because they are dangerous, but because they can not control them. And also because their owners are anonymous. And otherwise, the crypto currencies have their own risks, such as high volatility, many ICO scam projects and so on.
