A class action lawsuit has been filed against JPMorgan Chase, alleging that the bank overcharged its credit card customers when they used funds to purchase cryptocurrencies.

The complaint was filed in the Manhattan federal court on behalf of a national class on Tuesday, accusing the bank of having charged additional fees, interest rates on “cash advances” and refused to reimburse customers who complained.

Plaintiff Brady Tucker, a Chase credit card customer and resident of Idaho, states that he incurred $ 143.30 in surreptitious fees and $ 20.61 in surprise interest charges. He said

Jamie Dimon on the fiddle again eh?  If I was that Idaho guy I's sue him for 10 million.

Great quote from his Plaintiff:

Quote
Tucker’s suit cites comments by JPMorgan Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon last year calling Bitcoin a “fraud” and threatening to fire any trader who bought or sold them for being “stupid.” Dimon later said he regretted those comments and wished he hadn’t dismissed the technology so broadly. “It appears that in addition to firing its ’stupid’ employees, Chase elected to start fining its ‘stupid’ customers: unilaterally,” Tucker said in his lawsuit.

Well said that man!  Smiley

Do not trust Yobit/HitBTC/C-cex/Poloniex/WEX/KuCoin/LiveCoin scam exchanges or shady ICO's run by known scam companies like HashCoins/Ambisafe/Bountyhive etc - they WILL scam you!
Use due diligence & do research. Buy the coins, sell the coins - don't invest in stupid shit. If your questions aren't answered - don't touch it.
