Support burnin by buying from him not from cryptx! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=179769.msg3546109#msg3546109

Because lousy hardware manufacturers create their own moderated topic and delete the uncomfortable questions i will just leave this here(my posts deleted by crappy cryptx):

Don't expect customer service from cryptx. He said he will not offer any warranty from the start and now instead of helping people he is busy promoting his boards.

The boards are great when they work, weeks without any hiccup. I even consider purchase more after this but I think I'm gonna fill up my Bitfury Starter Kit instead Cheesy

Buy from burnin instead. Lower price and you help him regain his loss.

cryptx it seems that my 2 boards refuse to hash chained together. Only the board that has the USB cable is hashing.

And what's with the power leakage??? If i touch my micro-USB cable to the micro-USB jack from the board i get mini sparkles. THAT CAN'T BE GOOD! Advice?

Than you for your non existing support cryptx!

No reply on my dead board PM so I'm gonna take my dead board to local laptop repair to see if they can fix it. Hope this is the right course of action.

Nothing burned on the dead board but it drain no power at all. Anyone have any idea what's wrong with the board?

Cryptx,

I have one board that is only hashing at ~12Gh/s, I tried upgrading the firmware, CANBUS chaining it to another board, and a variety of cgminer versions, nothing changes. Of the 4 boards I received, 3 hash all at around 45-50Gh/s depending on my settings, with a 4th 'dumb' board only hashing at a measly ~12Gh/s (maybe faulty chips?)

I emailed you twice in the past two weeks, but still no response back. I received the hashrate protection after emailing you once before (thank you for keeping your word on that), however since this board is WELL below the 40Gh/s minimum advertised, I would at least want a refund for the value of 3/4ths of the ~700 Euro I paid for the faulty board. Please help me rectify this asap. Otherwise, the boards are working well, even though I don't even know how you could even go above ~52Gh/s per board without it becoming a fire hazard and frying the chips.

Can you sent me an email to info@asic-hardware.com? Thx

I sent you an email yesterday, still no response....please contact me ASAP. Thanks.

Quoting myself because you are clearly alive, active, and hustling your boards, but refuse to email me back after several attempts to contact you regarding one of my faulty boards. And while we're at it, one of the USB connectors on one of the good boards just stopped working. At least CANBUS connecting that one makes it hash, but there is still the issue of the 12Gh/s board that has been unresolved...

So deleting my comments now? I was really patient in trying to resolve this in a professional manner. I would have bought more boards (albeit at a lesser price due to increasing difficulty) but if thats how cryptx wants to operate.

UPDATE 11/11/13: cryptx finally responds 3 emails/two weeks later, now tells me to send the faulty board (from US->EU) and 'attempt' to fix it, if not possible, will look into a partial refund. Well see where this goes.

It seems that cryptx got his shills online to boost his sales.

The board works PERFECT.

49GH/s average at 48-50ºC at 278MHz (settings 1300mv = ~1025mv I remember)

I'm testing with another options, but this is the best.

I have it with a Rpi with Raspbian and cgminer.

ByE!

Go away shill!
