Yes when the prices are good then the person who own altcoin and it reach to a level that he got the profit then he can sell and enjoy the profit but it is possible that if he will hold these coins for a longer time then he will get even more profit from his altcoins. Maybe peoples already give up because the falling market of cryptocurrency in the beginning of this year.
and when they see market price decreasing, they think it would be falling to the bottom like on the last february.
crypto will boost later on the mid of the year i believe.

Actually market is so transient. But I have read different predictions about it but in general crypto experts assure that market will recover and yeah we can see how Bitcoin price grows. In my opinion It could be possible if not 20K but it will be much higher by the end of the year. So yeah let's be just patient!
