Considering the recent trend of things on crypto most  people feel down. Panicking does not help in this case.. Everyone is hoping for the prices to comeback in the market, the hodlers may panic now since the coins got too low. However we still cannot predict the tomorrow's outcome however we should stay calm and relax, perhaps it is the good time to invest more and add or buy your coins for future investments.
