i will try to find this out
easiest you get 2 identical envelopes, put coins in one of them, come to post office and ask the person behind desk to weight both envelopes. pretty accurate and the only risk is the coins wil hit each other while in envelope

You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do.

Nice.

Maybe this is correct;

Minted in 1979, called "Bahaar-e Azaadi" or "Bahar-e Azadi"

if so, the gold content;

8.136g * 21.6 Kt (90%)
7.3224g au * $43.8664
$321.21 USD / 0.9291 = 345.72 BTC ea.

plus a premium for being a sweet coin.

Correction. The first is minted in 1370=1991/2 AD. The other is 1367=1988/9 AD.

it could be really
Weight: 8.1360 grams
Purity: .900 pure gold
per piece
maybe selling them separately would result in better price

Me? I can read Persian numerals. The first one is struck in ۱۳۷۰=1370 in Persian calendar. The other is ۱۳۶۷=1367.

That's what I figured, but Raulo says no.

According to my numismatics books, only brass coins were struck in those years.

that's pitty
if they were golden, they would have the same gold content as the sovereign 1 pound coins
that's what i like on them.
