Ripple is a very good project with a great future, but I think he will increase his price after a long time. At least 2 years. So if you have an idea of long-term investment, I would personally hold my XRP coins.

Just keep holding your coins, because price of all coins are still pumping up and you just still need to hold so you can get more profit when you sell it in a high price, but if you think that you can get a profit when you sell your coin now then sell it.

I cannot give you a definite answer because I don't know how much did you buy your XLM. If you bought it last year when the price was still cheap and you already made gains, you can choose to sell them. But if you bought them earlier this year, then I guess you are still at a loss or break even at most. If that is the case with your XLM, I suggest that you hodl it instead. Selling during a red market is not a good decision.
