Selling in between at present will make no sense as market is down currently and unless you require money you should not be doing it. Either ways if you can hold it , chances are that you will end up making multiple times return on your invested amount if it is with btc, eth etc.

price wise-  just need a full trend swing in crypto .. people blaming particular coins at this time are just placing blame.. I'm sure there are a few developers out there that have made a couple bad decisions between this full bubble bust bear trend, that has dropped them lower than what they should be.... But understand , if your in zest or in any other low cap coin, your in the alts of alts world here... not mainstream alts.. alts in general have massive volatility, now you add that into a small cap coin.... doesn't take a genius to see it can fluctuate massive amounts both up and down... remember that .. it can do the same going up too...
but right now its a bear market for all of crypto.. market cap is at a yearly low.. touched around 220 billion... btc is at 49% dominance
