We cannot blame new comers if they do such thing, even those people who are already in the industry for a long time tend to have panic attacks from time to time. People panic not just because the price of Bitcoin is going down but because they don't have faith in Bitcoin and maybe in crypto currency in general. And  to some other group people tjey panic because there investment capital is a borrowed or loan money and in such conditions one will need to panic but at the end of the day panic may end you selling at lost and you will regret doing such a thing.

Additionally, those who panic see their money going down the drain. When the price goes down, that's their hard earned money or even possibly their savings that they're losing. This is probably why people panic whenever the price goes down - because they have so much to lose. They end up selling in the hopes of recovering their investment even at a lost.

They are the ones who post so many threads with questions when will price recover, when will rise, are we at bottom, etc. You don't hear such things from early adopters and investors, we already have huge profit from bitcoin price rise and we don't worry like new investors do.
They didn't invest in bitcoin as technology that will conquer the world one day in the future, they invested with one agenda and that is fast profit and if possible big profit. That didn't happen, instead up price stared to to down and panic started, its how things are working.

Panicking is part of human nature, but I think sometimes we have to learn how to control our emotion and stay strong. The ups and downs in price is a normal trend due to some factors and I believe it is something that we have to know before joining crypto and condition our mind that being hopeful is a good thing to always remember. To me i think that it is true for those people who do not have experience in bitcoin market, or who are very new in bitcoin world and they do not have any idea about the nature of bitcoin, bitcoin has in fact too much potential and its price can increase too much therefore i do not think that we should feel panic and should not sell our bitcoin in panic like situation, but should wait patiently for the price increase.

Inexperience people always get panic when then see the price felling down, as they are not familiar with the nature of bitcoin and when the see such a big fluctuation in bitcoin price it create disturbance to them and they even sell their bitcoin in panic. Of course yes, people are encourage to buy and sell bitcoins depend upon the latter news they got. Sometimes, we based our action with the opinion of others. The first gossip that comes to our ears are the first thing we obey. FUD news is made to create involuntary action by hodlers. Those who are tough to hold their coins are those who have strong faith in crypto and has a deeper understanding about the bear and bull run.

That is what investors should avoid. Listening to others is pretty fine but thinking that they are honest with you and every word that we hear is truth, that is not the way of world. People do what is best for them. Therefore, one should go with his intuitions and talent. Always verify the information and then take any decision. Without knowledge, it is hard to live in crypto world.

I think that i am never going to understand why most people is always panicking when they see a -5%  - -10% on their portfolios, it is a waste of time and energy.

I am in down by more than a forty percent since the beggining of the year, and i am not worried because i know that everything is going to recover in a near time, maybe in some months, or in some weeks from now.

A lot of people never got to understand how markets work in general (stocks, Forex and so on) as it has been kind of restricted to the bigger investors and institutions as well as traders.

Actually, people who save money in cryptocurrency are not fully focused on their strategy. I mean if initially, they choose long-term investment, but then they find the price weakened and eventually they will sell back the investment he has. This is not a matter of panic selling or anything up to those who sell investments when there is a notice of bad news coming. But this is entirely to save their money to create new ways to earn more profit.
