If they are just using a newbie account then they don't know bitcointalk very well. They should at least attempt to rank up first otherwise they can't get graphics or fast multiple posts

The forum has already implemented the "Copper Member" which any user can buy for ~0.002 btc and get relived from few of the forum restrictions that low rank members like newbies suffer. It is ideal for campaign managers and dev of new coins that require to post ANN threads with graphics.

I would not worry. Often for the company to create a new account on the site.
This tends to be the case which it do happen anytime to see a newbie account to handle out a specific campaign but sooner or later it would took into their consideration that they will hire a reputable manager which will caught up attention to the public specially when managers are those famous ones. Newbie manager doesnt always signifies that they are already scam because some of them do have the experience on handling out people or participants.

It's not always a scammer.
If the username is the same as the company.
If he has the rank of Cooper Member.
It's very possible that you have a real bounty manager!

I participated in such projects, for example, Bitcoin White and Equal.

I've seen a campaign with a newbie bounty manager is that trustworthy? Do you think this campaign can be not a scam?
Thank you for your answers.
Not only the newbie, there is even a red trust that manages a campaign. I do not understand that the team on a project can hire users who obviously can not be trusted, maybe their projects are scam, I do not know, because so far I've always avoided participating in a campaign managed by users who have red trust and also newbie.

I personally always cautiously approach such bounty campaigns. If the project bounty, which has a high expectation, it is better to check with the admins in the telegram or through the feedback on the official website. They always answer if you can trust this bounty

Newbie as a bounty manager is not really a scam but some of them might turn to be a scam if you are searching for a good campaign you should start finding a good manager that handles for a certain campaign, A good bounty manager is reputable, has the experience to handle bounty campaign and trustworthy. There are many of that here.Just find them.

The rank of the manager will not tell you nothing about the quality of the campaign. I don’t even remember any newbie starting bounty thread

There's so called "cooper member" which newbies can make their own bounty campaign.
Basically, higher ranks is the trusted one in terms of making bounty but we should be open for those who are really here to make good business but of course better to be safe joining campaign so your time will not be wasted.

Having a newbie rank would always give us some doubts just like been said above we cant easily entrust for those people who do just create an account and handling out a campaign but same as you said we should not really be selfish or do make close doors on giving out chances for those people who would really love to handle campaigns. Cooper members do have the advantage but you would need to pay up a fee so that they would able to post out images which are essential and needed to a certain campaign.

there's a lot of campaign with newbie accounts being used for posting their program here since not all of the companies are willing to pay outside source just to get a reliable and decent bounty managers, just have a clear research and study of the project so you can decide if the ICO is legit or not.

I have joined a bounty campaign last month and its bounty manager is a newbie and his good. I dont see it as a scam because I receive their token.
If you want to join bounty campaign and you find its bounty manager is a newbie try to look for their dev because even a newbie can manage a bounty campaign, some of them are skilled.

Not necessary. Perhaps ICO created their own account to lead the bounty campaign. Or it was their demand presented to the manager.

if newbie is a bounty manager then obviously we have doubts .
but it happens when someone from ICO team handles this bounty himself . or maybe he dont have any BTT account before that project .

so just go to the telegram group of that ICO and ask admins there the same doubt . they can clarify it .

I have not found a newbie campaign manager because if a newbie campaign holds you a scam because there is no newbie manager in our forum.

I joined bounty that managed by a newbie but its a copper member. And aome of the project don't hire bounty manager from the forum, they hire a participant and they make their own bitcointalk account. Maybe it's about the project and you must also observed if that manager is active answering your questions about the project.

if I think not all the newbie's gifts are considered a scam. but here is also considered a scam. to avoid a scam you should look for a reputable or experienced manager in handling a bounty campaye. here you can judge for yourself.

Sometimes the dev/team prefer to manage their own bounty hence they are creating an account here to personally handle it. There are also some bounties managed by newbies but still paid their participants at the end of the camapign, well its an advantage if the manager is a reputable user here but I think it still depends on the project itself. If you have doubts read their white paper, roadmap visit their site and the team behind the project.

Do you think this campaign can be not a scam?
As I said newbie manager is not an indication if the project is a scam, its better to research about the project first so your effort wont be wasted incase you decided to participate.

We need to understand what is the project is about and who is managing the campaign and etc.
If you does not want to check anything then they have to find the campaign which is manage by the good campaign manager like yahoo, hexah or wapintar.
