Yes i fully aggree,  with that. I have seen blockchain technology scare banks so they fight against it maybe because of no monthly fee policy. Through smart contracts the financial industry is being disrupted by the blockchain

I like the last statement, people will update themselves in the course of times to become more relevant. I think that is one of the downside of many employment opportunities today-it rigidize the employee to a particular skill not allowing them to think out of the box which i believe the blockchain will solve

This has already happened, governments initially reacted skeptically to Blockchain and cryptocurrencies in particular.
