Project applications listed on the forum are to be voted on by community members. If the project receives a minimum of 51% “yes” votes, and passes the responsible voting requirements, the project will receive funding.

It's great. In today's market, only a few number of ICOs can be successful. Investors are less interested in ICOs. It's a good news, if Elysian has reached the hard cap of its pre-TGE. I personally had not expected this. |
