Anyone make serious profit from hodling 6-12 months ?

Some people says hodl is the best way to make big profit. I am not a good hodler. I just hodl genesis vision for 3 months and made 3x profit but the other I always sell in a week or 10 days. Anyone make serious profit from hodling 6-12 months ?

i think it depends on what you want and how much time you are ready to spend on the cryptocurrency world and on the coin itself

Having a coin for more than 8 months would cause the market to go up. I think that you did a good job with that, most people can't hold for more than 2 weeks.

It all depends on the token or coin your holding. If the project is very promising I don't mind holding for a year. When is comes to good project, the longer you hodl the better.

No one knows when they will get good money from holding. Its depend on the market situation. This year still gives nothing to the holders, Because The crypto market is not good enough. Who are holding coins from the 15K Of BTC, They haven't got any good profits from their holding currencies. The2018 is the best for the daily and live trading. Traders are earning a significant amount of money. And holders are suffering too much; their hopes are breaking every month. So, I know about the past that someone made 3K USD By investing only 500 USD, But at this moment, I don't know who made good money by holding.

Best way is holding and it is no doubt about that just make sure when is the perfect timing to sell your tokens. A good analysis is to observe the roadma of the team in terms of development. If they are way beyond on their timeline or still on par with their activity. Usually a good project never gets late for a certain target.

Ofcourse, it will be profitable to hold crypto coin for 6 - 12 months but only if you are holding good coins, not any shit coins. I make too much profit in last 6 months only with holdings. 6 Months later, my bank balance is zero, but now it is $5000-$8000.

This is surely right I also holding some good coin and it bring a good profit to me but before holding your coin make sure you know the purpose of the project and make some research if this project can have a high possibility to boom in the market after 6 to 12 months
