Unfortunately the success of Blockchain has nothing with Bitcoin and it is pretty possible that one day Bitcoin will leave us one day.

surely it won't affect bitcoin directly but there is also an indirect effect. when there is all this talk about blockchain technology and as all these new companies start adopting it, people will  start looking into it and the first thing they will always find is bitcoin since it is the start of all this. and eventually they will be educated about the technology and bitcoin, consequently they will choose the decentralized currency that started it all.

     I will say samsung were always support on blockchain technology, since before they are producing chips for bitcoin mining industry and now its a breakthrough project for their logistic team as monitoring all over the world, but honestly I can't imagine on how to relate or being usable this project for our cryptocurrency industry.

For bitcoin to be more valuable they need to add smart contracts if possible, Samsung is using blockchain technology and there are more companies trying to implement these in their business, but we need to find a way to use bitcoin along with the blockchain to have a strong base, i am not even sure whether it is possible now, bitcoin is here to stay.

Samsung is one of the leaders in almost everything, we have Samsung everywhere in our houses.

Last thing i heard from samsung was they are creating some ASIC chips for mining.

It's interesting that more and more companies are thinking of using Blockchain in their own businesses. However, I'm waiting for Samsung to start manufacturing ASIC maniers which would compete with Bitmain. We can't tolarate Bitmain domination, but nobody has suceeded yet in creating something more efficient. Samsung, Facebook, Ethereum Alliance - it's slowly getting more and more serious. What a shame that some countries don't see the opportunity to become wealthier thanks to Bitcoin and Blockchain.
