Bitcoin will touch 20K USD end of 2018. What you think ?

i know everything can be happened in cryptocurrency especially crypto market with high volatility. but i think to reach $20k is too hard, $6000 - $8000 is realistic price for bitcoin to reach, we have no good news in the near future which can pump bitcoin price that much and still no breakthrough project until now. if bitcoin's price can resist above $6000 until the end of 2018 it will be good for us, than the beginning of 2019 will be the first step for bitcoin to recover.

Honestly, I also want the price of 20k to be achieved by bitcoin in 2018, but I doubt that it looks like this year is not a bitcoin year like 2017. Maybe for 2019 there will be a chance for bitcoin to reach 20k.

Do not concentrate as much in the price, it is true that everyone that is holding bitcoin would like the price to go up but that is not the most important aspect of bitcoin, the most important aspect of bitcoin is the technology itself and as long as it's there and it is still being improved by the developers there is always a chance that the price is going to recover at some point, the only thing you need to do is to hold your coins for long enough and wait for that day to come.

Yes, I think the same as you, and besides that, the price now is too low compared with the last year, so if the price can increase for only $10k, then we can feel happy because we jump to the higher price. And in the next year, the price can increase more and reach $20k again like the last year. But I hope that there are not many traders that will panic if somehow, bitcoin price reduces the price yet because they only make the price is getting down too deep than now.

I think this is more likely to happen in 2019. The bear market still has some way to go before the accumulation begins.

When we start seeing accumulation we obviously will end up seeing some level of consolidation for a while and then from there, we will be able to see the market taking a new shape to the moon but for now, I feel we are still dwindling between the market considering whether to go on a short term uptrend before continuing with the downtrend before the consolidation or in this case the accumulation period or it will just break below the descending triangle and go lower which in this case, before we can start thinking of seeing anything serious, I would say 2019.

I think it is not right; the current price will go till the end of the year, because the market trend is negative and people are not investing their money due to huge volatility in the price. Most of the investors lost their money due to dip in the price. Now the afraid of investment. The price will gradually increase with the passage of time when the use of bitcoin increases.

My opinion is that you are probably mistaken about your prediction, and I'm sure that many people will agree, the price that we saw at the end of the last year happened because a lot of circumstances happened at the same time that made the price to go up in that way, and as you can see the circumstances are not repeating themselves so there is not a reason to see that price again that soon.

Don't see any fascinating movements after all so I conclude that the price what we saw today will be the price of the bitcoins until the end of 2018 but let's still assume that there would be a little climax will be happen on late November and December so that we can see the provabilities that the bitcoin would reach for even $10,000 each. Maybe the speculative year is on 2019 since maybe a new changes will come which may surprise nor turn us down.

I would not say $10k is difficult yet, as that could be possible in the long run or short run depending on how the market would react and if we are able to see a break out and some short term movement upward, maybe there could be a chance for it.

Moreover, I would not bank on it too much, and for one thing, the market is in a state where no one can actually decide anything at the moment. Nonetheless, seeing $20k at the end of the year is like asking for a new ATH with $200 difference, which means we would have broken all the major resistance above us to be able to go to that length, which is something I do not see as possible before the end of the year.

I want the price to be double than $20000, but there should be some reasons for it and I am not seeing any reasons for it. The price is still below $7000 and $20000 is far away, how is it possible to reach to that point in just three months. But then I think that this is cryptocurrency and anything is possible here. May we see another big bump in the price in the coming days.

It's very hard to achieve 20K USD by the end of this year because only two more months for end of this year. Till it couldn't touch 10K USD, so we cannot expect this much price. We cannot predict the market it may happen but chances are very less. The market is stable and really welcoming. Bitcoin may hardly reach minimum $9k to $10K of the current trend continues though we have seen every 4th quarter yields a good growth to crypto currencies. Lets wait and see.

It's been a couple of months that btc value doesn't move further and still people are hoping for the betterment of its price. As a crypto users, I won't stop  promoting with this technology due to its potential value in the future.

Everything is possible in bitcoin because definitely when demands will  gradually increases FOMO will set in people who are just observant of the prices will  surely come in and those people are  the price catalyst to bullish.

yeah, all it might be, but we have to be realistic and look at the facts. I think that for this year the price will tend to be stable, and it will be difficult for this year's back to $20k. I think next year it might be waiting for some the growth, such as etf approved bitcoin, and then fomo and yeah it can make price increases.

Yeah, and if we want to be realistic and look at the facts right now, we would know that the likelihood of ever seeing bitcoin hit $20000 at the end of the year is close to impossible. Unless we get to see some huge news that could maybe skyrocket demand and not just some fake move upwards with a dump afterwards, and almost everyone is looking to buy and not selling, we may see something like that happen, but with the way things are now, where we are presently, and the fact that we only have few months before the end of the year, I do not see $20k as something plausible as well.

I have really doubt in my mind if bitcoin can reach 20k dollars again this year. But all things were possible. And we don't know what will happen in he coming months. Lets hope that it can grow as much as $20k again.

That could happen because as we know that the price of Bitcoin is very difficult to predict and always many surprises occur. The current Bitcoin price is in the range of 6,500USD, the price is currently in a stable condition in a few weeks and slowly the price of Bitcoin has increased even though only a few USD. But this development deserves attention because it could be a surprise at the end of the year. I believe in such a thing because I believe that Bitcoin often shows wonders and changes impossible things into reality !!!

And that is a prediction that is a lot more reasonable, reaching 10,000 at the end of the year is something that seems completely possible to me, that doesn't mean that is going to happen because as we know there are many things that can happen during the next three months that could maintain the price where it or that it could make it even lower.

It seems perfectly possible to me, although I think that in view of the lessons that this market has given us in recent months we must learn to contemplate all the possible scenarios in order not to fall into the excess of optimism that leads us to make hasty decisions. In fact, if the bitcoin price stays around $10k I would feel very satisfied, although the possibility of an increase to $40K or a fall to $3,000 are part of my possible scenarios.

We are not in the year 2017 anymore and it will not going to happen this year again. Clearly because the market is so sluggish being in the deep of its normal cap and it remained even if we are already in the final quarter of this year.
