It seems to me that bitcoin will never move other coins.
Even in spite of its high cost, people will still trade mostly for them.
Especially the same miners, and holders of large wallets with bitcoin will not let him get cheaper

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

I believe that there are still alt coins with higher value than bitcoin but since bitcoin is the most famous of all the crypto currency, I  think that no other cryptos can replace it for now. There are coins with good potential but bitcoin has passed all the tests of time and it is already recognized mostly in every corners of the globe.

I think such an outcome is possible, albeit unlikely, but not in the short term. Bitcoin reached its heights last year not in the least part because of the hype. Now the whole crypto world is stabilizing, calming down and will develop more linearly, so I do not think that some currency will succeed.

yes agree to be just a competitor like now eth, ripple, litecoin at least indeed be bitcoin competitors themselves but we need to understand bitcoin is the parent of all altcoin because initially made is bitcoin may not be substituted let alone 5-10 years bitcoin cuman even be rose very high

If we stop believing in bitcoin i think thats a time that other crypto replace it because in my opinion the future of bitcoin will only depends on us,if we were not stop using and investing on it so there is no chance that it will replaced to other crypto.

It sounds beautiful, but it's not true. After the fall of the price of bitcoin early this year, a lot of people have lost confidence in bitcoin and sold their coins. Did it somehow change the position of bitcoin? All altcoins also fell in price. Bitcoin has always remained the number one. There are large coin owners who can always support the price and demand for bitcoin.

Bitkoyn will never replace anyone, at least for the near future. But there are very promising coins that can be better in technology and convenience than bitcoin, the same etherium for transactions!

No. no other crypto can replace bitcoin the market cap wont even be close to bitcoin but in terms of usefulness some altcoin can replace bitcoin although the marketcap wont be close to bitcoin but i think there would be alot of adoption to the certain coin.

There are a lot of cryptocurrencies can replace Bitcoin but the only thing prevent these coins replacing Bitcoin is Bitcoin price Smiley). There is a really big gap between Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies. Beside I also agree that there are no altcoin can be able to replace Bitcoin in next 10 years or maybe more than that Smiley)

Yes. I agree with you. As we see, there is no other coin to compete with BTC in near future. It is very strong and stay as the king of cryptocurrency. But on the other hand, we can not say BTC can not be replaced forever.

Bitcoin being the dominant currency in the market, is being blindly preferred by the investors. Also due to wide adoption, it has become the intermediary for the trades. This helps in running the demand as for now. On utility point of view, Bitcoin hardly has any advantage because there are currencies with better anonymous features and tx speed and they have utility as recently pornhub accepting verge. I think, sooner or later bitcoin will lose its dominance and a coin with better utility and acceptance will take its place. Most probably it won't be a one coin but the marketcap will be divided roughly equal among some top altcoins which will meet an unmet demand.

This is what we don't know yet in the future since their is no permanent in crypto world. But to gather the happenings changes in the market bitcoin has been still strongest among of all cyrptocurrency. Moreover, we hope for the best and good future in bitcoin that it will not replace by other coin.

as of my own opinion, no. it will be really hard to replace bitcoin. why? because, everyone knows bitcoin has a high value and 1st placed at the market in crypto world. even getting an account is really hard because of a certain process. so if anyone would thought about replacing bitcoin, it will be like impossible to replace them. also many companies uses bitcoin and knows that bitcoin exists, so if other crypto pop up, bitcoin is what still the would recommend all over again. although we know other crypto, why did we still chose bitcoin? why are we posting and answering tight now?  its because we trust bitcoin and its better than any crypto.

I don't think if many cryptocurrency will replace bitcoin in 5-10 years since the market gap is very high and not stable till now. Many competitors of bitcoin it's not mean bitcoin will easily replace because the team is strong and people also believe in bitcoin. It's hard to replace bitcoin with any crypto in 5-10 years.

Yes i agree. with the existence of many altcoins, it proves that bitcoin will need to development.
many altcoins have more advantages than bitcoin. but bitcoin itself has gained many holders, so their value won't drop though many altcoins appeared.

I'm not sure there will be another Crypto that will be able to defeat Bitcoin, even though many Crypto now have a high price and its name is very popular. but in my opinion Bitcoin will remain the number one. we all already know that Bitcoin is the first Crypto to appear in this world, it has become natural that Bitcoin became the mother of all Coin Cryptocurrency. That is why Bitcoin will remain the number one and will not be replaced.

Bitcoin is irreplaceable. Perhaps in the future coins with new innovations such as ethereum will cost more than bitcoin. But bitcoin remains a bitcoin. If there is a crypto to be adopted into global currency, I believe it is bitcoin.

IMHO now only ether can compete with bitcoin in real usage, volumes of transactions and the created infrastructure.

In my opinion bitcoin is not just cryptocurrency. Btc is store of value of the market. When btc doing big move most cryptos react on it. And I think it will be the same for the long period of time because btc was first.
