The situation in the market is very unstable and I think that bitcoin will only fall in price and capitalization, it is difficult to make other forecasts.

What do you mean by supplant? On the off chance that for being rank #1 (in marketcap) yes they can supplant bitcoin and it relies upon the general population in the event that they'll going to pick that coin however bitcoin will in any case be the dad of alts.

I doubt it.  Bitcoin was first and is the most trusted coin where most of the populace does not trust crypto.  I just don't see how there could be a new number 1.  Unless the governments mandate something then I say BTC stays at number 1.

The potential to replace it exists. when people have started to leave the bitcoin and switch to one of the cryptocurrencies which is more interesting than bitcoin. for example the current development of ethereum is pretty good. and there is a possibility to replace the btc in the year following year

the only crypto that can shift the bitcoin at a later date is the etherum. from market cap and capitalization, etherum is already approaching with bitcoin. it's just that the price of etherum is still far from bitcoin, probably because it's the effect of an unlimited supply of etherum.

There is no altcoins that can be replace bitcoin , because bitcoin made a big name in digital currency world and does something big to people all around the world. Because of bitcoin there are many financial problems that are being solve because of the income they get through earning bitcoin. Even though there are many altcoin that wants to the top , theu cannot attain what bitcoin did in the world of cryptocurrency.

Even though Bitcoin has its problems, I dont see any coin replacing bitcoin for several years. Bitcoin will be the gold standard of cryptocurrency for the foreseeable future because the heart of Bitcoin is the blockchain concept.

Yes. I find that Bitcoin is being chased by other coin like ETH. I think ETH will be the continuation of Bitcoin

King Bit can only be toppled if there is something that has virtually the same structure and

-Can fix the POW weaknesses
-Can also remain decentralized without a leadership team behind it

ITs really the 2nd criteria that is highly unlikely to occur. Pandora's box has been opened and a project creator will have a very hard time staying unknown/unattached to their creation.

That doesn't mean we shouldn't try, but that does mean most efforts for a superior BTC should be spend by working with the Core team

I think this is the ETH, which is the coin that can replace the highest bTC, they are quite potential and used by many people for a variety of purposes.

in my opinion bitcoin can be replaced by some coins that follow the popularity of bitcoin and it's not only ethereum can replace bitcoin as king because altcoin is much too good now to be a top coin and the future is unpredictable by people but we can assume what happen in the future

anything can happen to Crypto world but to beat Bitcoin is very difficult, I think some coins have to work very hard and take a very long time because at this time Bitcoin price is too high so very very hard to beat in the near future.

I do not agree that there are the closest competitor bitcoin like ETH, RPX and LTC in the next 5 to 10 years.
Until now I think there is no alt coin that is like bitcoin.

I surmise this is conceivable, however in the event that we are conversing with you from a worldwide perspective, in light of the fact that generally no coin can beat the bitcoin. In the event that a task gives the idea that is greatly improved than bitcoin and is less expensive and quicker and will have the capacity to accomplish something unique, at that point it will have the capacity to wind up a decent option and doubtlessly will sidestep the bitcoin venture in the entirety of its parameters.

I think that bitcoin will forever remain as a crypto currency leader. Perhaps there will be an alternative coin for payment and transactions. But bitcoin will still rank first in the ranking

I dont think that there is a crypto that can replace bitcoin as of now, because even ethereum can't beat it in terms of value, but it is indeed that ethereum blockchain is better than bitcoin because it is much faster than bitcoin, but we can't change the fact that bitcoin is still the main crypto, and ethereum is just an altcoin.

I do not think so too. BTC is the strongest coin on the whole cryptomarket and no one alternative cryptocurrency could not overtake BTC, it is impossible.

Ya exactly bitcoin will not be replaced ever by any other cryto-coin...infact bitcoin gave the way for the other coins to come in...if no bitcoin them no altcoin would have been possible ...so bitcoin will always take over the crypto- market..
