Today there is no coin that may become more popular than bitcoin. For this to happen, it is necessary that this coin be actively used in commercial organizations. For example, on such conditions rippl can become a serious competitor.

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

For now, i don't think any altcoins will replacing bitcoin even for years. The bitcoin value is the most expensive in the market.
With a small volume, bitcoin can the most market cap and dominance among all cryptocurrencies.
The most close altcoins with bitcoin i think it is Ripple, it has gone to 2nd position few days ago in coinmarket cap.

It is too difficult for an altcoin to replace the BTC. BTC is thought to be the symbol of crypto. Replacing it is not easy.

BTC is in a distinctly strong position. I do not assume its viable for any coin to go BTC rate at a night time. It also relies upon on the popularity of a coin and popularity would not come at a quick time.however we hope that once a long term we will find a few most important coin like BTC.

I do not agree with you about some of the current currencies that are capable of replacing Bitcoins. Although the Altcoins come with a lot of applications and functions as you mentioned, they are very difficult to replace BItcoin. Because the value is too small and want to replace Bitcoin, the value must be much more than Bitcoin. On the other hand, the Altcoins want to survive is dependent on Bitcoin this is a problem now. I appreciate very hard for the Altcoins. Bitcoin is more interested in investing in the crypto market than in any other coin.

I don't think so because bit coin is the king of coins and whole altcoins are running behind the bitcoin. The prices of coins are are settle with the price of bitcoin.People trust in bitcoin more than the any other coin so no crypto can replace with the bitcoin.

But I also believe that another 5-10 years will not be competitors of bitcoin. Many coins are committed to take first place and can be able. But while bitcoin remains the most popular cryptocurrency, it will not yield the first place.

I'm not sure that bitcoin will leave the first place. It seems to me that Bitcoin will always occupy the first place. I am completely confident in this coin.

This is difficult, or it is unlikely to happen, because Bitcoin is now a belief in all cryptocurrency players, it has transcended the scope of ordinary cryptocurrency, it is more like a kind of gold, so you think gold Can it be replaced?

I think that today, taking into account the fall of the market, one of the most promising altos is the USDT in order to sit out this storm and buy everything cheaply
Actually, USDT in the crypto world has used as USD in real life, it is used as an intermediary unit to exchange. The value of Bitcoin is belief so I think bitcoin would be used with the function as gold in real life. and its place is hard to replace by other altcoins.

Yes, maybe in a decade bitcoin will replace by some of altcoins now. But bitcoin history and popularity will not disappear because it is the history! Let's see what will happened after 5 years or 10 years. Smiley

Yes crypto can replace bitcoin for sure. The coins like Paragon, Stellar and Cardano are great in performance and profitability. They have the power to do that.

No one can know this in advance. No one can even know for sure that any coin will be able to beat Bitcoin. Today, the dominance of Bitcoin is not threatened by anyone. Bitcoin is the most famous, Ditcoin’s capitalization is the largest, most exchanges accept bitcoin, bitcoin has the largest number of owners, and adoption bitcoin is the largest among all cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin will always have competition. But I believe that the future is 10-12 coins, which each work in their own direction. These coins will have competitors, but they will still be on the pedestal.

There are a few projects that can replace Bitcoin. But the developers have to do a lot of work. The competition is always good for the rest of the world

I think not. Bitcoin will become digital gold. There will be many projects that will massively adapt around the world, but it will not be possible to move Bitcoin from the first place of the cryptocurrency market.

I don't think that BTC can be really replaced, for me BTC equals crypto itself and probably not in our reality it is possible... maybe ETH one time, but probably no, that's like a 1% of such possibility.
