G'day there,
I heard about BTC back in 2010. I really wish I had of done some mining back then instead of leaving my computer searching for aliens with SETI@Home. Oh well.

Few months back, around the time when silkroad happens...
Same here for me. Got interested in this whole Silk Road / Tor / BTC back then. Definitely have know about BTC for a year or two, but didn't really so much research. Bought in when prices were just under $200. Right now it's looking good though, but we'll see how long that lasts! |

I learned about Bitcoin late in 2012... in Feb 2013 I decided I wanted to buy some... I thought it was a huge hassle to buy from an exchange so I went to CL... I found a guy in my area who said he would meet me and sell me BTC for $20 each (they were around 17 USD at that time)... After emailing back and forth he eventually flaked out we never met... I could have been someone...  |

We heard about it early of this year, 2013; in February-March-ish. It was from our neighbor. My wife and I never took him serious because his wife left him and took away his kids so we thought he was having mental issues. He discussed almost everything related to this bitcoin. At the end we forgot about it. In October going to work, UK, I picked up a paper call 'Metro', and it says where I guy bought bitcoins, forgot about it for few years, and now he cash it for about £500k~. Then I took it very seriously and planning on creating a platform for buy/selling bitcoins  |
