-Primecoin/Peercoin may get there: it has a good following and is a good idea.
Personally I'm waiting for CureCoin... did you know the BTC network is 8x the worlds 500 fastest supercomputers? - Imagine what that kind of power could do, this coin will have my full backing.

Curecoin has a good chance, gridcoin could do the same but marketing isn't their strongest point, Tagcoin could do as well if they can utilize the infrastructure what they put behind that coin. I'm very much curios about Huntercoin, as it's an other really unique thing.

This comparison is flawed. The supercomputers are versatile and can be used for all kinds of computations. Bitcoin ASICs only do SHA256(SHA256(input)) and that's it. They can't be adapted to other kinds of computations any more than a dishwasher can be adapted to vacuum-clean. |

However, even the gpu power and cpu power curecoin could potentially generate is quite huge. |

Protoshares are trading in China for $10.00/ea this morning. Protoshares was just released 11 days ago. Holy crap!! once the Chinese catch on there will be another 10 million miners. What will happen to the prices of alt coins then? If your not hording coins, as many as possible, then your nuts!
I need to get myself some good scrypt mining equipment me thinks.
What are your thoughts on Novacoin? Its also trading pretty high.

Mostly on google docs sheet and 1 china exchange. However if you pay $6 for this well.....ask the bitbar owners that paid 2BTC for each one what it feels like. chinacoin 2.0 ? is it pre-mined? who are the Devs? just one ^^?! |

This is because it is the coin with the most active team behind it and a new WDC TO FIAT exchange is opening in beta in December and then the actual opens in January. That is why right now thousands of wdc is being invested in right now on MCXNOW.
