You need to click on "reply" again, and it`ll work. Unless you are trying to just use the same reply once before.
Give it 5 mins
take notice that if you send messages they also count as a post and you need to wait another 360 seconds in between.. after loggin in you also have to wait a 360.. |

Are you having the same IP as others (in campus or office for example)? Also, please note that you need to wait for 360s after login to make your post. |

So 15 posts and the 360 wait rule is gone, Thank god cause its freaking annoying.
There is some kid of misunderstanding here..!360 sec wait rule is still there i guess and its not 15posts its 15activity point which is more difficult to achieve not exactly difficult but you have to wait at least 15days +15posts after registration to achieve 15 activity points..! |

I believe this features are great and helps to clean up the amount of spam one would have to go through and moderate, the only thing I don't like is the search feature which really should not be limited especially when you are trying to find posts of interest and you don't get it on the first search Please MODS release the search from its padlocks |
