I checked both of them out, and it does seem like that both sites looks the same.

Either they used the same template for their website, or one of them copy pasted their entire site based on the other. Either way, it's a caution for investors for both ICOs, even though it's not conclusive proof of any of them being scam.

However, I find the team of Kryptonium pretty fishy.

The CEO Ronan McFeely's Linkedin profile shows that his only experience is in Kryptonium. Also, they listed Simon Cocking as an advisor, however I couldn't find any info about his endorsement of the project either. Just exercise your due diligence before you invest in either ICOs, especially Kryptonium.

I begin to think Simon doesn't do much research before putting his face on an ICO...

I found the answer to your question.

They both used the same website template
So the website looks similar, the website developer used the same template for both sites.

But my opinion is that Uchit ICO is not a scam cause the team looks very very professional and after researching more i realized the company behind the project (CRASS Infotech) is the biggest video game publisher from South Asia. So they are experienced in making projects which is a good sign.

While on the other hand , Kryponium seems a bit fishy cause of the Team.

Conclusion -

Uchit  (Good Project)
Kryptonium (Might be good, Might be fishy - NOT SURE)

Looking at your recent posts, all are made in the Uchit thread. And the way you speak, you are part of the Uchit project.
Yet, in here, you don't show yourself as part of the Uchit project, but rather as an objective observer, which happens to notice both projects have the same website template.

Why don't you tell us a little bit more?

Hey guys this is Abdul Mukati from kryptonium,
The templates for sure are the same guys. We spent more time on development of our blockchain, pools, wallets etc and have been all hands on deck ever since we started end of last year. Yes kryptonium's site is based on a template as many many websites are. I'm not here to make excuses about it and now that this has come up, I will have our team make sure that we have a unique design up very soon but we are very busy with final bits before our crowdsale launch.

However, who ever is saying that our team is not up to par is certainly bias, personally my experience is precisely in company growth and business management. I have ran multiple companies you can find me on crunchbase and am still part of growing many others. People are so fast to call things scams without realizing the efforts and time we have put in to bringing actual viable blockchain tech to market. our pride and goal being Stealth Smart Contracts.

Just because we used a website template to save time doesn't make our efforts or hard work on the kryptonium blockchain any less admirable, it by no means makes the time and efforts of our advisors any less meaningful. Actually it hurts to see people who know absolutely nothing about our project not ask but assume, its really bad to judge and come to conclusions without asking. All you have to do is ask questions, post like these hurt great projects from starting up just because someone doesn't do their homework. That being said i am here to answer any questions you all may have and you can reach me anytime at abdul@kryptonium.io

Hello everyone, there are many scammers out there buying the same website design.

since you area talking about uchit (Sorry not sure how they pronounce the name "uchit" if is "youshit, or youcheat").

As you should be aware, there are pyramid schemes created by big Telegram’s Airdrop & Bounty advertiser AFFECTING the crypto community.
We are ICOEthics and our mission is to investigate claims and/or abnormalities against people or companies that are creating Fake ICOs and scamming the
crypto-community.

Our findings:

UCHIT CURRENT TOKEN ADDRESS ACCORDING TO WEBSITE/SALES PORTAL PAGE:  0x218fca4f62f6b865eab25cd33c5555b679d8186b

OTHER CONTRACTS FOUND UNDER THE NAME UCHIT - 0x5833498879c55c3eaed649fc5d972310339d60c1

WEBSITE SALES GRAPHIC/CHART and Also on Bitcointalk Forum thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3160710.0) stated that they
have completed the soft cap of their Token Sales.  Total sales 16,251,796 USDhttp://icoethics.com/imgs/uchit/uchitsold.JPG

– on Ethplorer https://ethplorer.io/address/0x218fca4f62f6b865eab25cd33c5555b679d8186b and also on Etherscan https://etherscan.io/address/0x218fca4f62f6b865eab25cd33c5555b679d8186b

They had SIXTEEN – 16 – Transactions – 3 addresses – total of 188.5000000000001485 UCHT  (value in ETH =  0.04188888888888892)
Less than $23 USD of sales (conversion date 11/06/2018)

Bought a pre-made web design for $49 - possible from this site:
https://themeforest.net/item/icos-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency-wordpress-theme/21626006?s_rank=11

They created their contract with https://wizard.oracles.org/  (Why?)

With 16 million dollars sales - they cant prove sales, there is no reccords to support that value - reccords show less than $23 Dollars.

And there are more..

We launched a full investigation, including on their team, we will share later once we get more answers -(including answers from Getty Images).

- It is amazing what we can find with face recognition software. Actors from China, Models from India, etc... lol

Very interesting thread. Same website layout does not clearly indicate that an ICO is a Scam. In my opinion what needs to be examined is where the funds that Uchit claim that has raised are truly are.

Uchit is called as very promising project and if this is revealed as SCAm it would harm a lot the Crypto community.

The numbers dont lie.  Search on ETHERSCAN, they cant alter their sales there.

But they can on their website.. They can tell the world they sold 16 million.

BUT where is the proof. NONE!!!
