I am fairly new to the crypto world. During my short time, I have contemplated how crypto will go down over the next few years.

Slowly, over time more regulations will be adopted worldwide. This is not because regulators are scared that people are getting scammed, but because they will start limiting this world from us small fish so the banks and "qualified" investors can tke over. All the large banks will then push their own crypto, and we will be left with nothing.

In my opinion, it is in our best interest to gain enough profit so we will have the funds to become qualified investors, and be able to re-enter the markets through the banks exchanges.

What does everyone else think? Do you think the big fish will continue allowing us to do trading long term, or are our days numbered?

Cryptocurrency will go for long term because of people will not stop investing every time the market prices are dumping and that is the reason why volatility is very important since we can always use the volatile market to earn more profit.

it is true cryptocurrency is very good for long-term investment and will provide a sizable profit for the person holding it. but it all depends on the project developed by a crypto coin, only projects that have good potential that will be able to continue to increase in price because of the many enthusiasts.

The bank and big cooperation and whales will always need us to survive if they ever succeede in that aspects as stated above, but the fact still remains that no coin that will ever be created by bank can ever stand with bitcoin most especially because bitcoin Is the highest decentralized digital currency which is one of the unique feature of crypto currency and the bank creating they own coin has violate that feature of it being decentralized and not control by any one or organization. So bitcoin especially will still stand out.

yes of course in the future there will be a lot of coins that die and lose its value because it does not have a good purpose in project development and will make investors switch to new coins that have a potentially good purpose

Seeing how great the popularity and demand of crypto during this times, I can say that crypto coins has a bright future. Even if regulations happened, which I hope it does, the bitcoin investment market will still be an open market for new traders.
