Where's do you get your token? If you get your token from bounty then you need to ask them in telegram channel where you can sell that token or maybe that token still not listed in CEX or even in DEX.

If the tokens are not traded on any exchange, then you can sell their tokens in forkdelta or etherdelta. But usually in forkdelta or etherdelta you selling your tokens low price.

If your coin listed on coinmarketcap then you can go on https://coinmarketcap.com/. Then you can easily see which market coin listed. But if doesn't listed on CMC then you can ask Project member by telegram.

I think etherdelta is a open exchange every single coin you can exchange just using token contract address very easy way.
