i want to ask about bounty programs is it worthy&paying.

It's 50/50 there's a lot of bounties you can see in the bounties section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 there's no exact way you can tell if the bounty campaigns are worth it or not because most of them are ended up failed ICO's and the token they allocated to you by participating in their bounty is worthless.

If you're going to find an ICO in where you think you can earn, you should study the project yourself by reviewing the projects whitepaper as well as the legitimacy of its member so you're able to find if that bounty is really worth to join.

In regards with the payment, most of them are paying but just like what i've said some or most of the bounty campaigns ended up being a fail project and the value of the token or coins you received will become worthless.

If you have enough funds, please invest in some coins, but be careful and properly choose a good altcoin and safe, please read or ask fellow members.
And if you want to earn money from crypto, can follow airdrop or bounty, also not just choose a project, please ask and read based on the purpose of the project and the number of positive reviews.

How much airdrop are you following? every day there is just airdrop launched. if in my experience, in a month there is at least 1 tokens / coins are valuable, so I guess you just follow a little. If you want to serious in airdrop, it's good to increase the amount of airdrop you follow.

Sure it worth, its better than any regular airdrop. Yeah its harder cause you need to do some task like retweeting everyday make report or posting in bitcointalk. But it wont take so many times, you can do bounty task aftor your work hour. And from bounty campaign you can get good amount of money that you can use it for trading or else. In my experience the bounty rewards that I received are worth it but not all are paying me because some campaigns that I joined are scammed.

Airdrops are a waste of time, stick to bounties if you want to make money. To achieve success in doing bounties you will need to work on three things.

(1) Increase your rank in Bitcointalk. (Very difficult since the introduction of merit)

(2) Build a social media following.

(3) Learn how to select the best bounties to work on.

Learn how to do these 3 things and you will be able to earn a a decent income from doing bounties.

to be more secure you can improve rank first with the best quality. then selectively see and learn great bounty-bounty that is far from fraud, do and contribute the best work to the project that followed, if the failure is not pessimistic, continue to struggle through several campaigns, both media and others.

It's depends of the type of the bounty you join. If you only just join social media bounty you maybe only get a little but if you have skills in translation you may get a lot more if you join signature it's depends your rank more higher more money you get and also.

How to do the bounty? It's very simple just read the rules in the bounty thread, fill the form, then do the rules.

I think you need to study the beginner's part, and it's too early to talk about the bounty.

You can do this job as a part-time job because the higher the level, the higher the income.

It is true that you can earn money from joining bounty programs but it could take some time and also, you need to put a lot of effort on it. You can't just post nonsense things just for the sake of having posts because that is considered spamming and you don't want to get painted red on your profile right?

It is a actually worth it but know that the crypto market becomes miserably unstable and down sometimes, similar to what happened just recently. All coins dumped and as a bounty enthusiast, I cannot withdraw my tokens in times of need because its value dumped real hard. From participating in bounties, you are obliged and privileged to know stuffs around here and that is something that I like. I learn while I work and I can be flexible with it.

Of course it is, with a large number of bounty hunters here in this forum no one thinks it's not reliable, worthy and paying. But in your situation, it could be difficult for you to star in bounty campaigns because of your current rank which is strictly prohibited to participate in any campaigns here in this forum. If i were you, you should focus first on raising you rank into higher rank to be able to participate in any campaign you'd like to participate in.
