You're right, actually many more have voted for the earliest date the rules allowed them to vote for. Oh well doesn't matter anyway, rules are rules and the OP can keep his 100 dollars.

If OP had stated that the first person to guess the date would be the winner then
every date between now and ~120 days from now would have been covered with need to split the prize.
Just a thought.
