I don't really agree because before you join a campaign you have to atleast do a research if the project is worth your time and effort. If you like to taste a delicious  chocolate you don't randomly buy a box of chocolate in the store. You will buy a known brand to make sure it is worth the price.

That not totally true before I join a campaign I checked the amount of token allocated for the bounty and also how the token is shared among  each task from there I can predict ranges of what am going to get from the number of participate if I see that the token won't favour me I will have to leave the campaign.
