I never hear about wu can charge backs

i many times received WU cash never got any problem so far

may be WU can hold payment if something suspicious from sender or receiver or receiver name already black listed or blocked by WU system

otherwise NO any problem in WU cash

Where the money is still in WU hands, you can simple get them back with your ID (passport or DL) and code. I make this many times. If money received, no way for chargeback.

Western Union needs to go the way of the dodo. Bitcoin will ensure that.

There is no charge back on western union. Its a cash delivered system.
