Depends what you mean by low cap? Is that under $100m?, >$10m etc.

Personally, I consider low market cap to be around $50m or so. I recommend looking into Loom Network, PIVX and Peercoin.

All of these have been getting great attention from the community, particularly Loom and PIVX which have several copycat projects springing up looking to fork them.

You can always tell when a low cap coin is good when it instantly gets several groups forking it for their own benefits. I think Loom is going to do wonders for the blockchain game industry.
