Yes there is no doubt to it that the bull race is on now and we are out of the bearish trend. But the pace of the market growth is a bit slow as of now. But I think once it crosses the benchmark of $9000, nothing can stop bitcoin from getting its new ATH.

BTC has broken the $9k barrier quite decisive at the moment.

I wouldn't just to conclusions just yet and say that bitcoin is going to jump into a bull market from this point on, because we have no idea whether or not this will be sustained. Since prices rose so quickly and by so much I'm leaning towards this being a short term pump that won't result in an actual bull market.

I just don't think that bitcoin has consolidated long enough for this to be the start of an actual bull market. 2014's bear market lasted for more than a year before the prices actually bottomed out. I think we'll have to wait until at least Q3-Q4 of this year to see prices bottom out and consolidate fully.

Yes, it really means that the price around the $6300-$6500 has a strong support from traders. Its a good indication that we might have seen the last bottom for this year, although anything can still happens..

However, as much as the support is strong at that levels, resistance to $7000 is stronger as well. That's why we are just trading sideways, with no demand coming in. So I speculate that investors are just waiting in the wing for now because there's no movement whatsoever.

From the past few days, we have absorbed Bitcoin price is kept increasing some level but not fastly, this is a really good sign because if it increases fastly then at one stage suddenly the price will drop. Depending on how you want to see it, but bitcoin is in a good state as far as I am concerned. Anything that has to do with predicting the future of a price of any market is always going to remain as a speculation that is bullshit. those who wanted to sell for profit have either sold already or are waiting for a higher price such as above $8k or something like that to sell and make some profit. the rest of the market are currently only the day traders who are  constantly selling and buying within the same price range to make constant profit. these rises and falls you see are their doing so you can't really call it an "improvement"!

You are right but that is about bull market only, recently we came to know about the price movement of Bitcoin that is showing up trend is a good sign for those who have invested and are now in profit. I think this has been a great test for our nerves. Yes bitcoin dropped a lot but we should move on from "bwahaha poor me bitcoin dropped from 20k to 6k" crying, it has been around these prices for over 4-5 months now. If something is same price for 4-5 months its time to start understanding its not on a bear market it is on a stagnant market.

I like it because it is not dropping any further at all, yeah it is not going up neither but that is fine. Stagnant is good because it is not dropping and we are just simply waiting for a bull run at this place and we are not dropping so there is very few risks, you can get in now and just wait.

Things has getting worse since you open this thread and of a truth bitcoin is now comfortable above $6500 and a bit stable.  I think this is healthy for the asset as the stability is what is going to encourage private and public sectors of our economic to adopt it.
