I think copy/paste with all part from sources and admit that material to be the poster own, it is plagiarism. But if just some part which is supported own mind poster and it is better to say the source should be not plagiarism. All text book, articles and other content writing are result of some references. This reference to be input of the posting or to support the posting.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Some of them using this trick to merit their alts easily so that the public wont notice it easily and they will not get punished if you saw some cases like this try to search deeper and if you found something wrong you can report it.
