We use SMPPS + PPLNS payment system,I call it LNSMPPS

more details about http://eligius.st/wiki/index.php/Shared_Maximum_PPS
more details about http://eligius.st/wiki/index.php/Pay_Per_Last_N_Shares

1. When a new block is found, PPLNS method will be applied to calculate the last N shares contributed by each user.
2. Here N = Difficulty / 2, so now it will be 944393.
3. SMPPS method will then be used to decide the value of each share.
4. The value of each share = 50 * 0.9 / 944393, which is 0.0000476.
5. The factor 0.9 in the above equation is designed to reduce the risk of negative pool buffer.
6. When the block is confirmed, pay out will be made using SMPPS. if block invalid, no action.
7. If (50+pool buffer)>=(all unpaid),then pay out all.(new pool buffer)=50+(previous pool buffer)-(all unpaid).
8. Otherwise, pay out ( unpaid for a user ) / ( all unpaid ) * ( 50 + pool buffer) , and (pool buffer) = 0
9. if the (pool buffer) > 300 BTC, bonus will be given. That is,
(a user's previous shares without bonus) / ( all previous shares without bonus ) * ( pool buffer - 200 ).

so the mixed payment system will give honest miners best values and very few risk!

you can be paid for several times for same share when lucky.

Our share price is higher than deepbit in fact if you know how it work.

the digger who find the first block will been given a 2 btc bonus.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

So, if I understand right, you reward each share 10% less to help build a positive buffer (though it could still go negative.)  Then, if the buffer gets above 300 BTC, you do a bonus payout to all shares that haven't received a bonus so far, down to a 200 BTC buffer.  What is this about N shares with the bonus?  Does this mean that at the arbitrary time the buffer goes above 300 BTC, you only give a bonus to the last N shares?  This would promote some hopping in when the buffer is near 300.  Maybe I just understand it wrong.

In my experience 300 is not enough to start distributing a positive buffer.  As the pool gets bigger, it may need adjusting.  My SMPPS pool ate ~450 out of a buffer over one weekend, so you would be negative at that point.

Also, your share value in this post is wrong.  It should be .0000476 based on your calculation (missing a 0.)

Anyways, I know you tried to be clear, but this payment system is still a bit confusing.

The N shares created by every round, use all shares ok too, but I think use N share is better.
for example now it's round 10, pool buf now 350, then 150 will distribute to all previous 10 rounds,(for every round, use last n shares)

Yes, the value perhaps be a big one better.

Ok, thanks.  The buffer distribution sounds fair enough then.

I was deceived to submit ~0.18 btc worth of shares, by changing payout method mid round those are stolen from me

Can you please update the thread that you are using normal prop payout now.

I am mining at your pool(so do alot of others) but you state its prop on the poolwebsite yet its the combo payout method specified in here.
