coinsafe is not an on-chain wallet.  You can export your private keys.

Balances are grabbed from bitcoin daemon not from a database.

Can you answer these questions that other potential users may ask?

Couldn't a user just print an offline paper wallet from a non-internet connected PC and then send the Bitcoins to the public address while storing the paper wallet in their own safe.

How is your company making a profit?

How does your business model pay for the call center, support, and gun safes?

Are you going to make all your personal information publicly available?
-- Are you going to make the information of anyone handling our funds or near them publicly available?

Are we going to know at least the proximity of where you are storing our funds?

Can you implement 24/7 Webcam access to the vaults or gun safes?

Why should we trust you more than ourselves?

Are you insuring any funds that are deposited at your site?

If so, can you give us a list of assets that you currently own and proof that you can insure all customer's deposits?

What's the real benefit of you allowing a private key to be supplied?
-- Isn't this just another possible way for a hijacker to gain access to the funds when you are transmitting or sending the Private Key?
-- Why would we need the private key if we could just withdraw all the funds from the address or request a withdraw?

What types of safes are these 'gun safes' ?
-- How many hours do they last in a fire?
-- Are they waterproof / sealed from water?

How does the whole exact process work in which you store the funds? Explain in detail please.

What happens if you died or were in a car accident or something?
-- Is someone else going to step up and take over?
-- Can we have their details too?
