Thank you for an excellent questions.. Since our ICO still not listed on some of the ICO listing, the organic sales of our tokens are slow. However, we are having more success on private sale.. some of these sales are on managed token sales. We finally completed the sale of 165,000 tokens this week and more information to follow. |

It is very pleasant to know that there is exists such a company that can combine profit with concern about nature and planet. I hope such companies will be more in the future. And tokens after the purchase is locked?
We restrict participants from certain countries, Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Crimea (Ukraine), Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya. North Korea, Somalia, South Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, The Balkans (Serbia, Albania, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Moldova, Croatia, Macedonia, Kosovo). Yes, tokens after purchases are locked. It is not your fault of course but it is a shame that all these people get excluded because of their regulations. It means taking rights away from these human beings in an unfair way. I hope blockchain will solve those problems one day completely. We understand the difficulties that had be faced, though we are going by case be case scenario. It is the reason we are doing KYC, if there are enough information of the person to convince us genuity then we can consider them. The majority of the time the fact we are not able confirm identity causes these issues, and relating to AML. What do you mean by genuity? You restricted them from participating for a reason right? So how can you still consider them under certain circumstances? |

Indeed, Loc Troi is the biggest private agri product export company in Vietnam (only 2nd to Vietnam government). They are already using one of ecoHERO unit.. if you look through our previous replies on this thread, you will see a picture of the system working in Vietnam for more than 2 years now. Ok your white paper says that organicco has patented green tech . Didn't the company think of selling the finished tech to other interested buyers so the problem of global warming could be dealt at a much quicker pace. Ofcourse the orc tokens could still be managed by the company

We must always deal with the issue of copyright / patents vs economic interests + social benefits. Technology support & transfer is a great contribution to society and the community, benefiting people and owners of those patents. In addition, this creates competition - the dynamics of development. |

We restrict participants mainly for legal reasons and for meeting Anti Money Laundering regulations.. therefore, provided we have relevant information of potential investors then we can consider their investments.. that is what is meant by under certain circumstances. |

In addition, this creates competition - the dynamics of development. well personally i think is a tech is patented and still given out free to people it can benefit more . some times for the uplift of the society one should keep the economic interests aside . but then organicco is no ngo and has bill to pay so it makes sense to make the patents economically viable |
