Do you have some unstaked CLO in your wallet? You need to keep 1 CLO available to cover the staking fees.

i don't understand why bitforex and hitbtc need 3000 callisto fee for withdraw and stex only 10. i know 3000 callisto is only 30.000 satoshi, but i don't like this method.

Not sure that another exchange will help, there is no guarantee that any other exchange would charge lower withdrawal fees than Bitfinex or HitBTC.

Furthermore, it creates more fragmentation, less liquidity per exchange.
