There is no explorer for Cold Staking, this function will certainly be added to Galileo, Callisto's advanced explorer. You can check (in real time) how many CLOs are locked in the staking contract : https://explorer2.callisto.network/addr/0xd813419749b3c2cdc94a2f9cfcf154113264a9d6633,904,98 CLO are locked at the moment I am writing, and the total supply is 1,162,394,653 CLO so more than 55% are locked |

There is no explorer for Cold Staking, this function will certainly be added to Galileo, Callisto's advanced explorer.
