It's the way almost every exchange and web service works. Tokens, coins sent to your deposit address are all transferred into main holding addresses or repurposed for withdrawals of other users. It's all part of their wallet script, you should still be able to recover your funds if you open a support ticket.

Thing to remember is that you don't actually own any of the addresses issued to your account for deposits. Even if the funds remained on that address, they still belong to the exchange. What you see on your account balance is simply their front end software showing you a total associated to your account.

Are they responding to email support? The only way handle this is through the Binance support ticket system.

Yes they are responding now...

here is their first reply from my first inquiry..

Quote
Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The coin/token is not listed by Binance, Currently we can't properly store your funds. Please provide us some more information, before we can investigate further:

1) Your Binance account e-mail. //
2) The name of the coin and the amount deposited.//
3) The transaction ID/hash (TxID) of the transaction. //
4) The address that was deposited to by mistake (incorrect). //
5) The correct address you would like to deposit to. //

If Binance decides to list the coin in the future, your funds would be available at the time of listing. However, listings are never guaranteed.

Many people have made similar mistakes, thus, our queue is quite large. On top of this, our technical team must handle each case individually. Please be patient as It may cost over couple of months to retrieve wrong coins.

Thank you for your understanding,

Binance Support Team,
CS_1008

the question is, just in case the coin got listed, how can we recover our trapped token if they intentionally sent it to other address..

Binance is the second largest crypto exchange with an average daily volume of 2 Billion USD. So you can be assured that you coins are going nowhere. Since you have entered binance address in the airdrop (which you shouldn't have done), it's a mistake from your end. get their support team involved, and you should be able to recover your coins.

According to their response, the tokens will be automatically assigned to your account when/if they get listed on the exchange. Internal transfer of tokens to other address (possibly their cold storage) has no connection to this issue, imho.

it's your own mistake at the beginning, when following the airdrop listing the wallet address of Binance.

it's worth it all it goes to the Binance wallet address, very in dear kn! . But next time you follow airdrop do not be like that again.
