I can understand why he got confused since the wording you used "5% of RAISED funds will be distributed to this bounty campaign" is misleading. Raised funds are in ETH/BTC right?

Maybe you are right, but I don't think that the project of such scale can do such things. I mean it would be too stupidly to hire newbies and brand new accounts. Heros/Legendaries - maybe, but not those low ranks.

There are maximum 300.000.000 TELA tokens can be emitted. 150.000.000 of tokens will be distributed throughout the ICO.
another 50% of tokens will be directed to the investment fund of the company. All unsold tokens after the end of the crowdsale will be burned.

So it is 5% from investment fund in TELA not in ETH/BTC.
