Hello, and in what country do you live - that you can not give money to the poor?
In my country, Ukraine, the poor in most cases - it's lazy, alcohol-consuming personality. Because in my country work can always be found to keep myself and my family.
PS And I do not when I do not give them money, but I can buy food.

First of all, if your country will have such rules as to fine people giving alms to beggars, they should have an effective method make lives better for these people. If not, then i think it's not right to have such rules. And giving money isn't a good idea as well. Better to just give them what they really need. Instead of using the money to help the homeless you can buy them food and water to help them. I thought of the solution that was using Crypto to help him, but I realised that the homeless could not have smartphones to use, this is impossible.

If they are then that is their own fault. They can work on their own if they have two hands and two legs and almost everything they need for work! There are so many employment options in the country, from swiping, car washing and much more which doesn't need formal education or things like that! If they are willing to work then they can surely and could make a difference in everything. 

Giving money to poor is not good thing as it depresses their will to self-work! So its better that they are left alone and let them think by themselves to work more and feed themselves.


For disabled poor its understandable but for healthy peoples its not a choice!

It seems that there is no country that do not allow their countryman to help other people in need because its economic growth as far as I know, you and only your countryman can help the progress of you country.

In my country, I do not allow to give money to beggar, and I will get fine or will be arrested for giving them money. But we still can donate money to institution,orphanage, or come into their home to give what they need. Because in my country, beggar can have much income, and for them begging its like a job. This "job" couse lazziness and they can't learn that to achive somethings we need doing somethings that not easy.

You can help him and give hkm some money without being noticed.
Else, try to buy him some food as other members proposed or help him find a job so he can be able to support himself.

If will have to follow the rules and laws, but you can look for loopholes. I am sure that giving food might be allowed in such a case.

Money is not the best way to help others. There are many people who cause poverty for their own reasons. Some are very lazy and have some bad hobbies. There is no need to pity such people. Of course you can give up some food or advise them to work out of humanitarianism.

You can't give money to poor people? It is normal in almost every part in the world to just help people that needs this, it is just a human behavior to do things like that for me.

I think helping others is a good deed. Where the rich help the poor. those who are able to help the poor and this also needs to be applied to our children. I think there is no prohibition to help those who are weak. But if we want to give beggars better not get used to give money because it will make them lazy. Buy them food, drink or something that is their daily needs such as clothes and medicine.

Maybe you could give money to beggars it silently without no one saw you but, if you're caught and fined just pay the fines then you can. Because I believe as we give something to other people with sincere then God will replace him.
